Objective:  Assist the Implementation House in understanding organization requirements, translating user requirements into technical system requirements to support the organization

Overview:With a System Implementation, dates and milestones are extremely inflexible and the project needs to be managed closely. The client required guidance and assistance with translating key business processes on a master data level as well as a transactional level. A risk analysis was conducted to identify the items that posed the biggest threat to a successful Go-Live and were addressed accordingly.
